As the Founder of Favour Consulting Group, she provides indispensable management oversight and unparalleled support to hundreds of nonprofit leaders as an expert in organizational development, strategic planning and business expansion.

When she’s not immersed in the world of non-profit development, Alicia can be found with her two incredible sons, traveling, or spending time with friends. She currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
